FIRST DISPLAY HOMES OPEN IN REVITALISED COMMUNITY

One Minto celebrated the opening of its first four display houses on Saturday, including homes from leading Australian builders, Rawson Homes and Wisdom Homes. The release of 45 house and land packages on the weekend attracted more than 100 people and resulted in One Minto’s first sale.

Michael Burt, General Manager Development, Landcom said people were impressed with the quality of the display homes and the competitive pricing of the house and land packages.

“The One Minto builder team of AV Jennings, Clarendon Residential, Wisdom Homes and Rawson Homes are dedicated to providing a diverse range of quality homes at affordable prices. This will ensure One Minto offers a range of design styles for all budgets, from the growing family to the empty nester.”

“These four homes are the start of our Display Village that will grow to include an additional five homes and a marketing suite by October,” said Burt.

Undertaken by Landcom, Housing NSW and Campbelltown City Council, One Minto will also provide $10 million worth of community facilities including:

  • Six new parks with BBQs and play equipment,
  • $1.5 million new community centre and childcare facilities, and
  • Landscaped streets and footpaths.

One Minto is a new beginning for the suburb of Minto, revitalising the current public housing estate to deliver 1,150 quality homes within a reconfigured community, where new public houses are scattered amongst a larger majority of affordable private housing.
