Q.  We have received some feedback from builders who are concerned about committing to the display village at Second Ponds Creek because of the possibility that Homeworld may soon be relocating to a site in Stage 3 of the Second Ponds Creek development, adjacent Schofields Road.

A.  It is true that discussions are taking place between Landcom and Homeworld in relation to a new village to be located at Second Ponds Creek. However, it is too early to say that this will definitely happen and if Homeworld does relocate to Second Ponds Creek it is unlikely that the new Homeworld will be operational before the end of 2008.
